As a result of enormous positive feedback and success, big changes are coming to Cal Poly Pomona Central. The app students have grown to know and trust as a guide for Cal Poly Pomona is transitioning into CampuZoic (kam-pyoo-zoh-ik). CampuZoic blends the words “campus” and the Greek suffix “zoic” which together translates to mean “Campus Life.”
Creator, Shawn Irvin, has teamed up with fellow entrepreneur Adeline Ramirez to work on a more interactive and dynamic app. The duo have been working on the project for over a year and have invested over $50,000 with the goal of creating a powerful tool that quickly connects students to their college campus. During the transition, Cal Poly Pomona students will be the first students exposed to the latest features and graphics. As well as have the opportunity to be the first students to help us test our app.
This transition will take affect in the next few months and may result in slow updates in the current Cal Poly Pomona Central application. Please bear with us during this time as we start to bring more exciting and up-to-date features to the app.
